LUXE Skin, Hair and LASER Clinic uses WhatsApp as one of its communication channels for enquiries, appointment requests and general communication.

1. Voluntary Communication

The WhatsApp button on our website allows you to voluntarily initiate communication with the Clinic.

By clicking the WhatsApp button and sending a message, you choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp.

2. Information We May Receive

Depending on your WhatsApp account and message, we may receive:

  • Your name
  • Telephone number
  • WhatsApp profile information made available to us
  • Your message
  • Appointment details
  • Treatment enquiry
  • Photographs or files that you voluntarily send
3. Purpose of WhatsApp Communication

We may use WhatsApp to:

  • Respond to enquiries
  • Answer general questions
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm appointments
  • Reschedule appointments
  • Provide clinic information
  • Communicate treatment-related information where appropriate
  • Respond to follow-up enquiries
4. Medical Information

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical information through WhatsApp.

If photographs are requested for a legitimate consultation-related purpose, send only the information reasonably necessary for the enquiry.

Online communication cannot always replace a physical clinical examination.

5. WhatsApp Is a Third-Party Platform

WhatsApp is operated by a third party.

Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms, privacy policies and technical infrastructure.

The Clinic does not control how WhatsApp independently processes information within its platform.

6. Marketing Messages

Where required by applicable law, consent or other lawful basis, we will not use your personal information for promotional communications without appropriate permission.

You may request that the Clinic stop sending promotional communications.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us through WhatsApp, telephone or another available communication method.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.

8. WhatsApp Security

Although we take reasonable precautions when handling information received through WhatsApp, no electronic communication platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send passwords, banking PINs, card numbers or other unnecessary confidential credentials through WhatsApp.

9. Appointment Disclaimer

Sending a WhatsApp message does not automatically mean that an appointment has been confirmed.

An appointment is confirmed only when the Clinic communicates confirmation through an appropriate channel.

10. Emergency Situations

WhatsApp should not be used for medical emergencies.

In an emergency, seek immediate medical attention from an appropriate emergency healthcare facility.
