Depending on the circumstances, we may delete or remove:

- WhatsApp enquiry information maintained by the Clinic
- Appointment enquiry information
- Marketing communication information
- Other personal information that is no longer required
3. Information That May Need to Be Retained
We may retain information where necessary for:

Where deletion is permitted, we will take reasonable steps to complete the request within an appropriate period.
